The Board has recently been looking into the possibility
of putting "chip and seal" on our main roads
(check out chip
and seal to learn more about the related costs and
expenses). Chip and seal is what was used to extend
the Kebler Pass road to the Wildcat turnoff a couple
of years ago.
At the 2005 Annual Homeowners Meeting on August 7th a show of hands decided that there was insufficient support to go ahead with re-surfacing Trapper's roads with chip and seal.
